I lost 4 of 15 established (15-year growth) blue spruce trees through the winter. Last summer's heat/drought weakened them and the cold/dry winter took its toll. My tulips and daffodils are just now coming up. The few that have bloomed are stunted and have poor flowers on them. My flower beds look very stressed. Asparagus hasn't shown itself. Last year, I had multiple picks by this time. The lawn is very "clumpy" looking. Many dead/dry patches to deal with this spring. With temps. to be in the 80-90 degree range next week, things not looking good. Need a good soaking.
