Water sports, such as boating, water skiing and fishing have declined in popularity at Lake Altus-Lugert as drought depletes the lake, which was around 12 percent of capacity, said the executive director of the Quartz Mountain Resort Arts and Conference Center and Nature Park. On the bright side, the park has plenty of beach.
