The North Texas Municipal Water District remained in stage 3 watering restrictions through April as drought continued to limit water supplies. The agency’s main reservoirs, Lavon Lake and Jim Chapman Lake, were at 53 and 43.7 percent of capacity, respectively. The district board will review the need for stage 3 restrictions at each monthly meeting.
