Sixty-six percent of Californians feel that their neighbors could save more water and that local water supplies would be very inadequate or somewhat inadequate in a decade, according to a survey by the Public Policy Institute of California. This is a substantial increase of 16 percent since the last such survey in September 2013. The survey involved 1,706 adults between March 8 and 17 and has a margin of error of plus or minus 3.7 percent.
