A pump, pipe and an energy dissipating waterfall were installed in Sequim to send purified sewage water into Bell Creek and also to a farm for pasture irrigation during drought. This pilot program was undertaken in response to the governor’s drought emergency declaration for the east Olympic watersheds and the state.
