The Yorba Linda Taxpayers Association intends to pursue legal and political action to overturn a $25 monthly water rate increase which took effect Oct. 1. The increase in the average basic monthly service charge was needed to bolster revenue for the Yorba Linda Water District and cover the projected $9 million loss in revenue caused by water conservation.
