Alabama Power announced that it was increasing water levels on four lakes, due to drought. The higher water levels were “designed to improve the odds that Alabama Power reservoirs on the Coosa and Tallapoosa rivers can reach normal summer levels.” The four lakes are Harris, Martin, Logan Martin and Weiss.
