NW Harding County, SD. The drought is having devastating effects on the hay supply, water supply, and grass supply. Our spring pastures have had NO livestock in them since the end of April. There is NO regrowth. The dams are drying up. The hay is nonexistent. The fire danger is escalating quickly.
