The drought continues to worsen. Another week of 100-plus degree days, drying winds and no moisture at all. It is getting difficult to even try to keep stock tanks full and moisture around the house and buildings. The humidity is so low, everything seems to evaporate immediately. While digging a 10-foot-deep hole for a storage tank, we noted there was no moisture in the soil at all. We live in the northern part of Musselshell County and haven't received even the little showers that have gone through the town or south.
