Grass, weeds not growing in Rooks County, Kansas

The ground is so dry that it is cracked. The grass has stopped growing which makes it easy to mow. Even the weeds have stopped growing. The trees are losing their leaves but it is not cold. I wear a dust mask when I mow. CoCoRaHS Report from Station #Plainville 0.4 SE on 9/19/2017
