Although we are receiving some measurable liquid precipitation, Graniteville is 4.18 inches below normal for March and 9.85 inches below normal for 2018. Conditions have responded to the much cooler temperatures as blooming and budding rates have stopped or slowed down. Low temperatures in the low to mid twenty's and high temperatures in the mid 50's are slightly cooler than normal. We need abundant rainfall for conditions to respond to near normal levels. Receiving air quality readings in the MODERATE to UNHEALHTY FOR SENSITIVE GROUPS due to allergens primarily pollen and burning of grassfires and backyard bonfires.
