AFFECTED AREAS:
North Dakota

Start Date: 7/16/2021 -
Drought has increased the number of blister beetles in North Dakota because the young beetles feed on grasshopper eggs, which can also be found in greater numbers this year. The beetles are toxic to horses and may be a threat to cattle also. Agweek (Fargo, N.D.), July 16, 2021
