The incredibly dry start to 2022 is being felt by irrigation districts and farmers. The Fresno Irrigation District announced that it will conserve water by postponing the start of its water deliveries. No agricultural water deliveries will take place in March or April. The decision on the start date of the water deliveries will be made in early April.
