Cattle being fed, some crops did not germinate in Wisconsin

Much of Wisconsin was in moderate drought. Pasture grass was not growing, so cattle were being fed. Corn has not received enough moisture to be able to grow, was already damaged and may produce tassels after reaching just three feet in height. Some Wisconsin crops were not even able to germinate for lack of moisture.
