Reports of fall armyworms in hay fields across the Southeast in areas where dry weather dominated have been ramping up over the past seven to ten days, according to a University of Georgia State forage extension specialist. Such reports were also emerging in the Coastal Plains area of South Carolina, North Carolina and Alabama.
