Gov. Jim Justice extended the state of emergency for all 55 of West Virginia’s counties due to ongoing drought. WCHS-TV ABC 8 (Charleston, W.V.), Aug 23, 2024 West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice declared a State of Emergency for all 55 counties as the entire state was affected by drought.
