The Avoca bakery owner has been alarmed at the lack of customers as the red-level advisory remained in effect, requiring water conservation in the five-county area supplied by the water provider. Water customers were also recommended to boil their tap water before use, with the boil order expected to last another week. The bakery owner stated that the bakery did not make enough money to cover payroll for the week, which never happens.
