The bag limit was lifted for rainbow trout and bass in the Thief Valley Reservoir from Aug. 1 through Sept. 30 as the reservoir was expected to be completely drawn down by the end of August. Minimum and maximum size limits were suspended. Harvest by hand, dip net, and angling were all permitted.
